The vSystem is the benchmark for motorbike chain lube systems and is the latest edition of the market-leading vacuum operated Scottoiler.

When you connect a vSystem motorcycle chain oiler to your bike you have a system that automatically gets to work when you start your engine.

Whilst it is operated by the engine vacuum, the vSystem oiler does not absorb any power or affect the performance of your engine because it is purely vacuum operated.

It is easily installed and can be fitted to most bikes in an hour or so (2 hours tops!).

The main components of the kit are a Reservoir Metering Valve (RMV), an injector (which feeds oil onto the chain and sprocket from the chain oiler), a 250ml bottle of Scottoiler motorbike chain lube suitable for approximately 5,000 miles and the parts required for a variety of fitting options.

Some bikes may require special parts which are available free of charge from Scottoiler. Please refer to the bike specific install guides where these parts are highlighted.

This is the latest version vSystem kit with the new RMV cage that can be secured on the frame or under the seat of the bike.

Scottoiler Chain Lubricator - Touring

The ideal kit for long distance bikers.The Touring Kit has all the advantages of the Universal Kit with an increased oil capacity of seven times, enough for between 4000 and 6000 miles riding, depending on the flow rate setting. The High Capacity Reservoir mounts behind the rear number plate and the RMV (Reservoir Metering Valve) can be attached directly to the side of it, or mounted remotely if preferred.

The Scottoiler KTM kit is a brand specific, vacuum-operated automatic chain lubrication system. Easy installation, access and adjustment were key considerations during the design process. Special fittings for mounting the system to the entire KTM street range are included in the kit.

For sporty models like the 1190 RC8 the Scottoiler kit is the ideal way to maintain the superbike performance and get back some of the power that is lost through friction in the transmission. The continual lubrication of the chain reduces friction which can sap power.

The new manually operated system cleans and lubricates the chain thus significantly reducing the wear normally associated with off road riding. The main difference between the CR-01 Off Road system and others in the Scottoiler range is the introduction of the new "C-Reservoir" and "Squid" handlebar grips. These allow the system to be operated manually with no need to tap into a vacuum connection. As with the other kits in the Scottoiler range the CR-01 Off Road system includes a 500ml bottle of Scottoil and is compatible with the Lube Tube and Dual Injector add-ons.

Scottoiler Magnum HCR Kit

This addition to the Universal Kit increases oil capacity by eight times, from 50ml to 400ml, and should give you 4000 to 6000 miles between refills (depending on your flow rate setting). This is an ideal addition for any biker who will be travelling long distances, or for any biker who just can't be bothered refilling the system very often!

NB. this item is NOT suitable for VFR 800 V Tec (2002) onwards!

The Dual Injector delivers oil to both sides of your chain simultaneously and is the culmination of several years of product design and testing.
By listening to you, the customer, we bring you the most accurate system in chain cleaning and lubrication. This product is an add-on to the vSystem, eSystem and Mark7 kits and can be retro-fitted.

Lube Tube - Flexible High Capacity Reservoir

This 200ml capacity flexible reservoir offers a "fittings-free" alternative to our Magnum HCR, and gives you enough oil for about 3000 miles of riding! It is highly flexible and pliable - small enough to tuck into dead space on any bike! The "Lube Tube" has been designed as an add-on to fit ALL Scottoiler systems for those of you who are short of space or do not need the full Magnum HCR capacity.

Includes a 250ml bottle of traditional Scottoil.

RMV for the vSystem. The heart of the vacuum-operated vSystem, which generates and controls the flow of Scottoil to provide the lubrication that your chain requires.

This is the same unit as is found in the latest vSystem Scottoiler Kit.

If you have already have an existing Mk7 Scottoiler installation and wish to replace/upgrade the RMV, you can purchase this item as it is backwards compatible.

Our Blue Oil is our first, traditional Scottoil. It should be used in ambient temperatures of 0-30°C. Please note that our Original Scottoil used to be coloured red but to avoid confusion with our High Temperature Scottoil we have changed its colour to blue.

Our Red Oil is designed for warmer climates and should be used in ambient temperatures of 20-40°C. This makes it ideal for touring abroad. Because of its increased viscosity this oil is also better suited for use with older Scottoiler kits or with faster flowing oilers.

FST52 is an environmentally friendly, bio-degradable cleaning solution. It has been developed specifically to offer high performance cleaning and degreasing whilst also being safe to use. FST52 is ideal for mechanical and electromechanical cleaning and degreasing applications. The unique formula ensures that even baked-on heavy dirt and grease will be easily removed.

Application: Apply liberally, paying special attention to stubborn dirt. Leave for up to 5 minutes, agitate thoroughly with a brush or cloth and rinse off with copious amounts of clean water.
